super simple strawberry coconut smoothie
Light, creamy, pink and delicious… what's not to love? 🙂
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana to freeze, peel and place in ziploc bag or airtight container before freezing overnight
- 1 handful of frozen strawberries about 5 large strawberries or 1/2 cup
- 1/4 cup oats
- 2/3 cup coconut water you can replace with a dairy-free milk of choice
Optional post-workout suggestion
- 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
