Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana to freeze, peel and place in ziploc bag or airtight container before freezing overnight
  • 1 handful of frozen strawberries about 5 large strawberries or 1/2 cup
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 2/3 cup coconut water you can replace with a dairy-free milk of choice

Optional post-workout suggestion

  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder

  • Blend together ingredients and enjoy!
