It’s fall which means it’s time for embracing all things pumpkin… Including this pumpkin pie smoothie, aka healthified pumpkin pie! All the flavour + creaminess of pumpkin pie without any of the guilt (or time slaving over the stove). This is definitely one of my all-time favourite smoothie recipes!

It's fall which means it's time for embracing all things pumpkin… Including this pumpkin pie smoothie, aka healthified pumpkin pie! All the flavour + creaminess of pumpkin pie without any of the guilt (or time slaving over the stove). This is definitely one of my all-time favourite smoothie recipes!
Ingredients
Smoothie ingredients
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree if you're in the UK, I buy mine from Waitrose, Ocado or Whole Foods!
- 1 small frozen banana to freeze, simple peel and place in ziploc bag or airtight container before freezing overnight
- 1 sachet Purition pecan + cinnamon nutrition powder product and suggested substitutions below.
- 1/4 cup oats
- 3/4 cup almond or other non-dairy milk
Optional toppings
- 1/4 cup dairy-free yoghurt love this with coconut yoghurt!
- 1/4 cup your fave granola see my granola recipes linked below 🙂
- 3 whole raw almonds
Instructions
- Blend smoothie ingredients together.
- Love adding the smoothie to a mason jar for meal prep. Otherwise, add to bowl.
- Add toppings of your choice – I love this with some coconut yoghurt, granola + almonds.

Alternatively, you can substitute this with the following:
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger
