Ingredients
  

chia seed pudding

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 Biomel strawberry gut shots about 1 cup; product link and alternatives in the notes below

optional toppings

  • 3 tbsp greek coconut yoghurt
  • sprinkle of your fave granola my fave granola recipes in the notes below 🙂
  • sprinkle of coconut flakes
  • 1-3 fresh strawberries

Instructions
 

  • Mix together chia seeds and strawberry gut shots (or alternative – see below) in small jar.
  • Refrigerate overnight. If you can, give the chia seed pudding another stir a couple hours after refrigerating to avoid clumping.
  • Mix well before serving.
  • Add optional toppings – I love mine with greek coconut yoghurt, homemade granola (my fave recipes below) and fresh strawberries 🙂

Alternatively, you can use 3/4 cup non dairy milk of choice with 1/4 cup frozen strawberries 🙂
