vegan + gluten free gut-friendly strawberry chia seed pot
*Easy breakfast meal prep alert!* You can make this gut-friendly strawberry chia seed pot in less than 5 minutes and take it with you to work or wherever life brings you the next morning!
Ingredients
chia seed pudding
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 Biomel strawberry gut shots about 1 cup; product link and alternatives in the notes below
optional toppings
- 3 tbsp greek coconut yoghurt
- sprinkle of your fave granola my fave granola recipes in the notes below 🙂
- sprinkle of coconut flakes
- 1-3 fresh strawberries
Instructions
- Mix together chia seeds and strawberry gut shots (or alternative – see below) in small jar.
- Refrigerate overnight. If you can, give the chia seed pudding another stir a couple hours after refrigerating to avoid clumping.
- Mix well before serving.
- Add optional toppings – I love mine with greek coconut yoghurt, homemade granola (my fave recipes below) and fresh strawberries 🙂

Alternatively, you can use 3/4 cup non dairy milk of choice with 1/4 cup frozen strawberries 🙂
