I’d never thought of putting melon in a smoothie before, but we ended up buying a melon and never using it so we cut it into small cubes and froze it πŸ™ˆ I’ll definitely be doing it again, this was so good! πŸ’—

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen green melon I haven’t seen frozen melon in stores so you will probably have to self freeze it! I cut mine into small cubes then froze in a mini container – a ziploc bag works great too πŸ™‚
  • 1 cup almond or other dairy-free milk
  • 1 handful of spinach about 1 loosely packed cup
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder

Instructions
