Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup almond butter I love the flavour of almond butter with the pumpkin spice, but another nut butter will also do the job 🙂
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon*
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg*
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves*
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger* optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients evenly.
  • Roll into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter – you should be able to make about 14-16! Place in airtight container.
  • Refrigerate overnight or freeze for a couple hours until set. You can store refrigerated or frozen 🙌🏻

Notes

You can substitute the cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger for about 2 tsp of pumpkin spice seasoning
