My mission is simple: share my favourite healthy plant-based recipes that anyone can make! Straightforward meals you can whip up in a snap without loads of fancy ingredients, while still being clean, satisfying, nourishing and *chef’s kiss* 🙂 On my website you’ll find easy plant based breakfast ideas, snacks, meals and of course desserts – no fake meats + no nasties.

I eat a (mostly) vegan and gluten free diet, but you don’t have to be vegan to enjoy vegan food – anyone can take even the smallest step to live a more sustainable, healthy lifestyle. Incorporating a couple plant-based meals a week is a great place to start.

I’ve also created a meal prep category if you’re looking for some inspiration for the week ahead – meal prep is such a life saver and one of the most important steps anyone can take in their wellness journey. When you have delicious dishes at the ready and don’t need to think about what you need to make each night, life becomes SO much easier (and also, a lot more affordable)!
