Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 frozen banana to freeze bananas, simply peel and place in ziploc bag or airtight container before freezing
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder about 1/4 cup, depending on protein powder brand
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 handful spinach about 1 cup
  • 2/3 cup almond or other non-dairy milk of choice
