spinach + melon protein smoothie (vegan + gluten free)
This smoothie only has four ingredients and comes packed with iron (from the spinach) + 12 grams of protein so makes a perfect post workout breakfast or snack π
Iβd never thought of putting melon in a smoothie before, but we ended up buying a melon and never using it so we cut it into small cubes and froze it π Iβll definitely be doing it again, this was so good! π

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen green melon I havenβt seen frozen melon in stores so you will probably have to self freeze it! I cut mine into small cubes then froze in a mini container – a ziploc bag works great too π
- 1 cup almond or other dairy-free milk
- 1 handful of spinach about 1 loosely packed cup
- 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
Instructions
- Blend and enjoy!
