Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup almond flour you can buy almond flour from store, or alternatively ground almonds in high power blender or food processor!
- 1/4 cup nut butter love almond butter or cashew butter! peanut butter also works great
- 1/3 cup honey you can also use maple syrup or agave nectar
- 3 tbsp matcha powder I love Clearspring 🙂
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients together in mixing bowl, blender or food processor.
- Roll into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter)
- Chill in fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up
- Enjoy 🙂 Keep refrigerated!
