Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/3 cup almond flour you can buy almond flour from store, or alternatively ground almonds in high power blender or food processor!
  • 1/4 cup nut butter love almond butter or cashew butter! peanut butter also works great
  • 1/3 cup honey you can also use maple syrup or agave nectar
  • 3 tbsp matcha powder I love Clearspring 🙂

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients together in mixing bowl, blender or food processor.
  • Roll into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter)
  • Chill in fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up
  • Enjoy 🙂 Keep refrigerated!
